Dad was one of the very first 5 local TEAR Fund representatives in Merseyside when the scheme was launched in the 1970s. We sponsored several children as a family and held sales regularly of Fair Trade Tearcraft goods at Bethesda Chapel. Dad would be so pleased to know that this work of making the world a fairer and happier place could be further supported even after his departure from this life. Dad made many people’s lives better.
